Pir Panjal Trek – Western Himalayas The Pir Panjal Trek is one of the most breathtaking and culturally rich high-altitude treks in the Western Himalayas. Traversing the mighty Pir Panjal mountain range, the trail offers a dramatic blend of alpine meadows, dense pine forests, glacial streams, high mountain passes, and remote nomadic settlements. Unlike crowded Himalayan routes, this trek remains raw, untouched, and deeply immersive. Trekkers experience pristine wilderness, panoramic views of snow-clad peaks, and centuries-old migratory routes used by Gujjar and Bakarwal communities. Ideal for seasoned trekkers, photographers, and adventure seekers, the Pir Panjal Trek showcases Kashmir’s wild heart beyond popular tourist destinations. |
